Old Dubbo Gaol Museum — Stage 1

Dubbo, New South Wales
2017 – 2021

Having prepared the design masterplan for the Old Dubbo Gaol Museum in 2017, 3D Projects were commissioned to design, curate and manage development of high-level visitor infrastructure and heritage interpretation works, exhibitions, multimedia & landscaping treatments that significantly improve the presentation, visitor experience and operations of Dubbo's premier cultural heritage attraction.

This project was the winner of the 2022 Museums & Galleries NSW IMAGinE Awards Exhibitions & Museums award, winner of the 2022 National Trust NSW Heritage Awards Education & Interpretation award, and a finalist in 2022 National Trust NSW Heritage Awards Conservation Interiors & Objects and the Events, Exhibitions & Tours award categories.
